Car Parking

Be considerate and careful when parking in the Church car park as space is at a premium.  Please do not park in the uphill entrance driveway to the Church or block the gate as emergency service vehicles do require access if called. This situation is more acute when there is a funeral or wedding taking place at the Church.

Parish Information for Papal Visit

Parishioners who have been allocated tickets for the Papal Mass at Bellahouston Park on 16th

Sept. can collect their Pilgrim Pack (including a Pass, a liturgy booklet and a CD) from the Church porch. All Pilgrims are asked to complete a form enclosed within the Pack and return this to the

Church along with a contribution of £10 as soon as possible.  A Parish Leader(s) will be appointed to lead Parish Groups of up to 40 Pilgrims throughout the day.  Travel will be by parish coach(es) only to arrive in Glasgow by 3pm.  Mass will start at 5:15pm and end at 7:30pm.  Pilgrims will require to have photographic identification  with them (e.g. Passport or driving licence) and must have their Pilgrim Pass at all times.  Pilgrims may bring folding chairs and a picnic but no alcohol.  Pilgrims are also being advised to dress warmly as it will be cooler and darker by then and it may take some time to empty the park.

Stamps for the Missions

Please support the Missions by depositing used stamps in the bag provided in the Church porch.  As you remove stamps from envelopes, please leave some paper surrounding them.
